Breakfast in the garden and then I made some summer food til our guests from Scotland. Swedish west coast salad and white chocolate cake with blueberry and lime.

Recipe of the White Chocolate Cake is from a Swedish baker Clara Lidström; 2 eggs 2 dl sugar 100 gr butter 100 gr white chocolate the pile and the juice of a lime 2½ dl flour - Blend the egg and the sugar so it went white and fluffy - Melt butter and when it's melted, put the white chocolate in small parts at a time and blend - Rasp pile from the lime into the fluid and pour in the juice to -Mix it whit the egg and sugar fluff - Put the flour into a sieve and strain the flour into the fluid - Pour the mix into an oven dish. The dish has to have frames you can take off. - Do not forget to cover the bottom of the dish with butter and I use to take some cocos flakes also so the cake not gets stacked. - In to oven in 200 degrees in 10-15 minutes (in my oven 12 minutes perfect) The cake shall NOT be coloured, a just little bit light, light brown. The topping; Whipped cream, blueberries, blackberry, the pile from a lime, poppy seeds Have a nice coffee! "Go´ fika", as we say in Sweden Smakelijke! in Dutch
